The moment you kiss a woman and it feels like you are kissing her soul, that’s it, that’s love, riding the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso is the same, your soul will understand it, you need to experience it not google it.
Most riders have their own version of the best bike, but objectively speaking, I guess when each rider says that this so and so is the best bike for them is relative to the riders physiques, riding style, riding skills and riding excitement. As for myself, being an average rider who commutes everyday on a motorcycle, my criteria on deciding what a good bike for me is not all about technical features and performance but how well the bike agrees with my riding and how I employ the bike, so it won’t matter if it is a sport bike, a standard or even a cruiser or scooter. What I look for in all the bikes I try is the comfort in all aspects, technical things like top speed or if it can connect to my cellphone is secondary, what matters the most is how I can command the bike to stop and turn with ease. The MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso 800cc is now my favorite standard bike. Lets skip the extra quirks and goodies that comes with it, like the mini glove compartment or the barya for toll compartment, the brembo brakes, the quickshifter, the customizable ride modes, the outstanding display, the dual USB charger and oh yeah, the parking brake that is activated by the foot. Let’s focus on the TVL’s most important feature, the Smart Clutch System or SCS, and because of this, it makes the TVL the easiest and most maneuverable big displacement bike I have tried. The TVL’s clutchless system combined with the balance, weight and its excellent stability on slow to road speeds, the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso makes tight turns, U turns and zipping through traffic almost effortless. The gas and go centrifugal clutch system is comparable to riding a mini trail or a clutchless underbone, it eliminates that extra motion of controlling the clutch which can be an effort for most riders. But don’t get me wrong because going clutchless on the Turismo Veloce Lusso is just an option, it does not deprive technical riders who maximizes the bike by using the clutch, so even on the fly the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso 800 allows you to utilize the clutch anytime and anyway you want it. The 798cc 110hp 3 cylinder engine mated with a 6 speed mid ratio transmission makes the bike very tame and non threatening but make no mistake, when demanded the initial torque that bursts between 3000 to 6000 RPM, will be delivered.
So this is the main reason why I chose the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso 800 to be the best big displacement standard bike for me and I strongly recommend that you try this bike, and maybe you will also enjoy this sorcery and maybe even worship the wizards behind the MV Agusta Turismo Veloce Lusso like I did.
Ride safe, ride smart, ride aware, ride protected.
